What is F.A.R.S?

FARS the English acronym for Farsi Addiction Recovery Support is a UK registered charity that primarily provides information and support to Farsi speaking addicts aiming towards abstinence and recovery.

FARS is a specialist service established to meet the drug related prevention, education and recovery needs of Farsi community members in UK.

FARS is the concept of an Iranian addict in recovery, who due to lack of knowledge and the stigma attached to addiction found coming to terms with this condition difficult. Realizing there may be other Farsi speakers in similar circumstances, FARS was created to provide a non-judgmental service to open the gateways into recovery.
